What to bring

Prepare for the worst and hope for the best weather!

-Maine fishing and or hunting license. These can be purchased online in advance at Maine Dept of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife website

-Rain jacket (and pants for boat trip)

-Dress in layers. Mornings can be very cold even in the warmer months. It's easier to remove layers than to add what you don't have

-Knit hat, mittens or gloves and warm socks (please no sandals). Heat escapes through the outer extremities of the body and these simple small articles can be  all the difference in being warm for frigid cold

-Medications that you may need. Even if you think you don't need them, better safe than sorry

-Emergency contact

-Any lures, flies or fishing gear that you would like to try. We have everything we need for a day, but welcome any and all ideas to improve your experience. We'll even help you with fly selection form your box to find something that may work

-Sunglasses

-Sunscreen

-Bug spray. 100% DEET is the best.

-An attitude for learning and enjoying nature. We enjoy teaching and looking for ways to improve those of all experience levels to become better outdoors people and stewards of the lands.
